Payment Security

Payment security, hosted payment fields, tokenization, encryption, and fraud prevention information.

Protecting payment information is critical to maintaining customer trust and meeting regulatory obligations. This page explains how Goldmine Peptides handles payments, the security measures we take, and what you can expect when transacting with us.

1. Third‑Party Payment Processing

Goldmine Peptides does not collect or store your full credit card information. When you pay for an order, your card details are entered into secure, hosted payment fields provided by approved third-party payment providers. These hosted fields ensure that card numbers and CVV codes are transmitted directly to the payment processor; they never touch our servers. Once a transaction is complete, the gateway returns a token or authorization response that we use to confirm payment. We may store the last four digits and transaction token for record‑keeping, refunds or future billing.

2. Tokenization

Our payment gateway uses tokenization to protect sensitive data. Tokenization replaces your card number with a non‑sensitive token. This token can be used for future transactions (e.g., recurring orders) without revealing your actual card details. This approach reduces the risk of data breaches because the token has no exploitable value outside the payment processor’s environment.

3. Hosted Checkout and PCI DSS

We implement hosted checkout or hosted payment fields instead of embedding payment forms directly into our site. In a hosted model, you are temporarily redirected to, or presented with an iFrame from, the payment processor. This reduces our PCI DSS compliance scope because our systems do not process or store cardholder data. Merchants that completely outsource card processing via redirect or iFrame generally qualify for the simplest self‑assessment (SAQ A), while merchants who embed payment forms themselves may need to complete the more extensive SAQ A‑EP.

4. Encryption and Secure Transmission

All communication with our website and payment forms is encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS). TLS protects data in transit between your browser, our website and the payment processor. We keep our web servers up to date and monitor our infrastructure for vulnerabilities.

5. Fraud Prevention and Monitoring

Our payment gateway includes fraud detection tools that help identify and block suspicious transactions. These tools may use velocity checks, device fingerprinting and address verification to detect potential fraud. We review flagged transactions manually and may contact you to verify your order before processing.

6. Questions About Billing

If you notice unauthorized charges or suspect that your payment information has been compromised, please contact us immediately at support@goldminepeptides.com. Because we do not store full card numbers, we may direct you to work with your bank or card issuer. For updates on a payment dispute, please contact your financial institution and our support team.

7. Disclaimer

While we follow industry best practices and partner with PCI DSS‑compliant service providers, no system is completely secure. We do not claim that our site or payment processor is “certified PCI compliant” unless verified by a qualified assessor. We continuously review our security measures and update them as necessary.

8. Updates to This Page

We may update this Payment Security page to reflect changes in our payment process or gateway partners. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of the page. Your continued use of our Site after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
