Goldmine Peptides (“we,” “us” or “our”) offers a referral and affiliate program that allows eligible individuals and organizations (“Affiliates”) to earn commissions or credits by referring qualified customers. This policy outlines how the program works, disclosure requirements and prohibited practices. By participating, you agree to abide by these terms as well as our Terms of Service and Research Use Policy.

1. Eligibility and Enrollment

  1. Eligibility: Affiliates must be at least 18 years old, have a valid tax identification number (if required for payouts) and operate in compliance with applicable laws. We may require verification of your identity or business information before approving you.
  2. Application: To join the program, you must submit an application through our affiliate portal. We reserve the right to approve or reject applications at our sole discretion.
  3. Unique Codes and Links: Once approved, you will receive a unique referral code and/or URL. You may also generate QR codes for offline promotion. These identifiers track referrals and attribute commissions.

2. Commission Structure

  1. Qualified Purchases: Commissions are paid only on qualifying purchases or approved requests. A qualifying purchase occurs when a referred customer places a legitimate order for research‑use products, and the order is accepted and paid in full. The order must be free of chargebacks or refunds for a specified period (e.g., 30 days) before commissions are released.
  2. Commission Rate: The standard affiliate commission is 10% on qualifying purchases or approved requests, unless otherwise specified in program documentation. We may change rates or structures with prior notice.
  3. Payouts: Commissions will be issued via the payment method you specify in your affiliate account. You are responsible for any taxes or reporting obligations associated with earnings.

3. Cookie and Attribution Period

  1. Attribution Cookies: When a user clicks your referral link, we place a cookie or use similar tracking technology in the user’s browser to associate the referral with your account.
  2. Cookie Duration: The attribution cookie remains valid for a specified period (e.g., 30 days). If the customer completes a qualifying purchase within this period, the sale is attributed to you. If the customer clears cookies, uses a different device, or visits through another affiliate link, attribution may not occur.
  3. Multiple Referrals: In cases where multiple affiliates refer the same customer, credit will be granted according to the attribution rules set in our system (e.g., last‑click attribution). Our decision on attribution is final.

4. FTC Disclosure Requirements

The U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) requires that affiliates clearly and conspicuously disclose their relationship with merchants when making recommendations. You must:

  1. Disclose Material Connections: Include a statement near any endorsement or link indicating that you receive commissions. Examples include “I get commissions for purchases made through links in this post” or “This post contains affiliate links and I may earn a small commission if you buy through my link.”
  2. Use Clear Language: Do not rely on vague terms like “affiliate link” without explanation. Disclosures must be easily noticed and understood by consumers.
  3. Placement: Place disclosures close to the endorsement or link. For social media, include the disclosure in the post itself rather than in a separate bio or profile.

Failure to follow these disclosure requirements may result in suspension or termination from the program and legal liability.

5. Prohibited Claims and Conduct

Affiliates may not:

  1. Make Medical or Health Claims: You must not claim or imply that Goldmine products can diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate or prevent any disease, support weight loss, muscle growth, anti‑aging or libido/fertility enhancements, or that they are “the same as” or “generic” versions of prescription drugs.
  2. Provide Dosing or Usage Instructions: You may not offer advice on how to reconstitute, dose, inject or administer peptides. Our products are not for human or animal consumption.
  3. Use Restricted Terms: Avoid using restricted terms or banned keywords in marketing materials (e.g., Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, “weight‑loss peptide”).
  4. Misrepresent Affiliation: You may not represent yourself as an employee or agent of Goldmine. You are an independent marketer and must present yourself as such.
  5. Use Spam or Deceptive Practices: Do not engage in spam emailing, misleading advertising, cookie stuffing, or any illegal or unethical marketing tactics. All promotional methods must comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

6. Termination and Changes

  1. Termination: We may terminate or suspend your participation at any time if you breach this policy, violate our Terms of Service, misuse referral codes, make prohibited claims or act in a manner that could harm our reputation. Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited.
  2. Changes: We may modify or terminate the affiliate program at any time. We will provide notice via email or your affiliate dashboard. Continued participation after notice constitutes acceptance of the changes.
